I emailed my state rep in OR who's pretty good asking about how ballots are tabulated here. I'm pretty sure OR is about 20% off but still wouldn't have gone to Trump. We'd have a much closer state house and senate though. Also would have 3/5 of US reps be R instead of 1/5.
