I went to a tech school in Ohio, UNOH.
It's a private school, and the owner of the school was doing some expansion, and being a smart businessman, didn't hire union.
It is located in Lima, which has strong union presence, (deeply conservative area, the democrats that are here are very blue-dog).
The unions paid people to stand out front, picketing the school over not hiring union, 6 am on, for weeks.
Cue the hundreds of diesel students which jacked up trucks and confederate flags flying. It was a blackout.
