Is the end goal of these lawsuits to flip the state to Trump or to present enough evidence of fraud that the electors are unable to be seated?

TBH I really think this is where Rudy and Jenna really fucked up. I love their efforts, everything they're doing etc... However they should have been asking legislator to hold their electors instead of send them for Trump... It looks crazy they didn't even bring that up and simple wanted them sent for Trump. In the end, they're both equally beneficial and one is much less of an ask than the other.

I feel like they dropped the ball... they got criticized every time they asked to give electors to trump... oh well, Im not even a lawyer lol

Powell and Rudy also fucked up that the most effective and simplest ask would have always been signature match.

Instead of wild (to the media) allegations of Iran and China and organized fraud.

Plain old simple signature invalidation would get it there.

I said that from the beginning as well... I feel like Powell got LARP'ed by people sending her disinfo and totally fucked all credibility right from the jump. Even in AZ the GOP ordered a full forensic audit.. my reply was "why? quit chasing this, lets focus on signatures because it was just admitted they weren't verified with oversight but verified by a government employment and nothing else."

I'm not a lawyer, but jesus christ I really feel like the ask has always been too high. TBH I thought Rudy was always following the right trail, he was always preaching on ballot counting in private, signatures, etc... Only thing he messed up on was what his requested remedy was.

Keep in mind, the legislator can't just go check signatures... that would need to be done through court.
