I agree Disney is Assho, Pedo.

I'm just hoping they somehow lose so much money to one day lose all the cucks in that company. That or they go out of business. They've taken a bath on a lot of things this past year.

tombombadil 9 points ago +10 / -1

I marvel at their parks though. They turned a uninhabitable swamp into a thriving city and one of the most visited locations in the world. It is peak capitalism.

6
T10166 6 points ago +6 / -0

This... I don't really care that much about 99% of D films, but their ability to throw you in an immersive world is just incredible. If we are in some type of "simulation" I bet it has to be owned by some intergalactic Disney Corp.

5
tombombadil 5 points ago +5 / -0

Plus their management is incredible. You never meet a lousy employee. You never see anything dirty. You never see stuff getting stolen. You never even see a construction site. It’s insane that they can pull that off on such a large scale.

4
CreepyJoesOldBalls 4 points ago +4 / -0

At that is ALL Walt’s doing. The man was a genius.

4
tombombadil 4 points ago +4 / -0

A great patriot too! He wanted to build a park near DC about US history kind of like Trump wants to.

Nah, we went to the 'world last year. Construction all over the place, the train wasn't running, 3 major rides broke down and another was shut down all day. There were several rides or shows shut down to be replaced by long lines for... character pictures. Employees were generally not even polite but for a handful of notable exceptions, also seemed understaffed in the food places. The "ride blockers" were very dismissive when not outright rude - and we weren't looking for anything special, just a general idea of whether to come back or give up, or where to find a replacement in the much-touted app that never seemed quite up to date. The only thing that seemed to work consistently was the wristband. First time I'd been back in many years, and creepy adults in inappropriate garb with no kids were all over the place. Not college student ages, but middle-aged land whales and soybois with multi-colored hair, tats, mouse ears and tutus.

Exactly, there is no massive leftist majority waiting in the wings. The antifa and protestors we have been seeing is literally all that there is. Certainly there are people who are Democrats and votes for Biden, but not 80 million and of those people they are not going to be active in a civil war where as on the right the average household is gun owning America loving patriots. The left is only able to spur the riots by energizing the local populations against the government (whoever it is, Blm riots aren't new) and bringing out the destructive criminal elements who want to break stuff and loot for personal gain.

Its basically just the media and the uber wealthy who are really on the left with a small contingent of squeaky wheel radicals.

1
TheWinningNeverStops 1 point ago +1 / -0

Leftists are overwhelmingly cowards(so are a small portion of conservatives). Same people that wear masks because politicians and media told them to do it. These sheep aren't going to march to fight a civil war for Beijing Joe. lol

They are gonna stay home and do nothing and wait for things to blow over and go on with life. Meanwhile conservatives will come out once the front line people go out and fight and see the the fighting has started.

1
Hattmall 1 point ago +1 / -0

Exactly that's basically the point of being a leftist, you want someone to take care / do everything for you.

I'm sure Trump got over 50% and won, but you're kidding yourself if you think it was anywhere close to 70%, let alone 90%. Look at historical election splits, the last time either side got over 60% was in the early 1970s, and that was only 60.7%.

1
Davy_Crockett 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah but you're forgetting that voter turnout is not 100%, also I'm referring to people who aren't able to vote. A lot of people don't vote for reasons that are coming to light. Also historical performance does not guarantee future performance. 70% may be a more realistic number, though high 80s are possible. Notice they'll never consider a fixed election redo, because if we had a 100% secure election it would shatter the deepstate narratives.

Jerm 39 points ago +39 / -0

I had this exact same reaction from many people including staff there as well. I got extra dole whip thanks to my trump mask. And I could always use extra dole whip.

19
FelixtheMan 19 points ago +19 / -0

I grew up about 2.5 miles from the Magic Kingdom. I could see the fireworks from my house at night. My sister worked there and so did my Mom, I went a lot in the 80s and early 90's as a kid. Pineapple Dole Whips are the best ice cream treat ever created IMO. They used to sell a pepperoni pizza eggroll not too far from the Dole Whip stand, that was also ridiculous.

2
vegeta_ban 2 points ago +2 / -0

Still sell it on the weekends. The hamburger one is not that great.

2
FelixtheMan 2 points ago +2 / -0

The egg rolls? If so that would make sense. I haven't been on a weekend in 20 years. My wife and I had weekday passes and went a couple times a month. Had to do my normal. Boat ride, enter park, directly to dole whip, pirates(complained because Jack sparrow isn't supposed to be there) thunder mountain, haunted mansion, dole whip, leave.

2
vegeta_ban 2 points ago +2 / -0

Gotta wonder how often we have walked by each other, my family owns a DVC and my mom has been going since the pre-opening in ‘71.

12
Frog_Anne 12 points ago +12 / -0

Glad to hear there are silent supporters on the staff too! We should take back Disney from the leftists, they're ruining Walt's reputation with all their filth. This company was on the forefront of a brand new medium, developing animation techniques, hiring amazing artists and musicians. Walt's goal was entertaining families, and wouldn't even let himself be photographed smoking lest it be a bad example to children. Now they've taken his company and hired pedophiles and created shows that teach terrible morals to kids, and who knows what degeneracy they'll be pushing next. Leftists always take what other people have built and then destroy it.

thingaboutarsenal 5 points ago +6 / -1

In my experience the majority of the on the ground staff are foreigners. The only people there who are US born are management. That being said, I had a based af greek waiter there about 2 years ago who told me he loves living here and all the people who complain need to leave.

Most of the CM's are College program, or International College program. They "intern" for 6 months, Disney puts them in apartments(off property). There's usually six people in one apartment, and they deduct the "rent" out of their paychecks at $90 a week. There's a non Disney bus system to take them to work\grocery. I worked full time in Fantasyland Merch. For scheduling, full time is priority, then college program\international program, then part time, then seasonal CM's. Just my two cents!

DJTrump_MD [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

What happens in every business is that the Right plays by the rules and hires people from all walks of life based on their qualities and abilities.

But eventually a Lefty gets to be the one hiring. And they don’t care about rules, fairness, or merit. Leftists care about Power, and are solely focused on taking it from those they think have too much power and giving it to the ones they think deserve it. So when they hire they make sure to hire like-minded Leftists.

And thus eventually the business becomes corrupted by meritless leftists whose only goal is to promote their Leftists ideology.

Then the business withers away, bloated with meritless leftists. The innovators jump ship, the business dies, a new business is born.

Rinse and repeat

I’ve talked with many cast members during the few times I visited since the reopening, so many based cm and guests. The smart cm know that people who can afford to go there are conservative and are willing to spend their money.

I know other pedes are calling you out for going to Disney, but if you're going there with your MAGA gear, I think that cancels out that negative. It bothers people more when you've got the MAGA hat on than if you were to boycott. That's how powerful MAGA is.

I was wearing a red, white, & blue puff hat with white TRUMP letters while filling up at the Costco pump when a gentleman hollered over to me "NICE HAT" in Virginia! It caught me off guard because I had been expecting libtard vitriol all day, so all I could muster as a reply was a meek "thank you!"

2
Rugar22 2 points ago +2 / -0

Remember alot of Virginia is red! Looking at the real votes, we REALLY turned out this time.

I live close enough to drive so I've been there, a lot. The amount of 30 somethings stuck in perpetual adolescence is mind boggling. The "omg consoom!" Meme is pretty dead on. They buy stupid shit and wear all the stuff disney shills, stuff my toddler doesn't even wear.

It's cringe af when they talk about the amazing food at Disney. There's some good food, but nothing like you'll find traveling to Tokyo or Seoul, or fuck even NYC has food that puts disney to shame.

Enjoy your trip! Yes, Disney is asshoe, but the world that they've created is incredible and every kid needs to experience it at least once in their lives. Ignore the negative comments. They're free to their opinion and you're free to go anywhere you'd like. California is actually red. Change my mind.

4

You must be at Disney WORLD, because Disneyland is shut down, due to the coronafaggovernor.

4
Motherofdragonbabies 4 points ago +4 / -0

We just cancelled our Christmas trip to see family in Los Angeles and I’m seriously considering driving to Disneyworld to make it up to the kids. Probably won’t go because they are so overpriced but at least they’re open.

1
DJTrump_MD [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

It’s expensive but kids always have fun. COVID policy is still cucked, but the number of people in the parks is limited so can still have a good time.

3
theRealPizzabandit 3 points ago +14 / -11

Not to be too much of an asshole, I am glad you can afford to go and have fun at didney worl, BUT (god damnit we love butts) this is the reason that abc/disney can keep their shit running even with low ratings just to promote their woke agenda.

Don't get me wrong, I have kids (more than most) and they would give my left nut to visit didney worl, I unfortunately can't afford the nearly 10k$ bill it would cost me for a week vacation at didney. Believe me I have already priced the hotel stay as well as park fees, that why our last vacation to FL a few years ago we skipped didney and went to legoland and a few other smaller parks. So I'm glad you can enjoy yourself, just sad that didney is getting more cash to spread their crap.

15
maga_gal 15 points ago +20 / -5

Are you passive aggressively attacking someone for doing something you can't afford, by inserting a woke attack? Kinda facked up.

11
CisSiberianOrchestra 11 points ago +12 / -1

"I'd love to do what you're doing, but I can't afford it. Therefore, you are the asshole."

0
theRealPizzabandit 0 points ago +3 / -3

I wasn't attacking anyone. Just stating my thoughts on the matter. As I said if I could afford it, then I might be right there alongside them with my family. This doesn't negate the fact that spending cash in disney world supports everything disney does.

2
DJTrump_MD [S] 2 points ago +2 / -0

Nah cuz, I get you. It’s expensive and there are good alternatives. Most important thing is spending time with your family and loving your wife. You can do that anywhere

6
terablelizard 6 points ago +7 / -1

Going to Disney World/Land does not have to cost $10,000, and no one said that you have to go there for a full week. Yes there are way smarter alternatives for your family to spend time together instead of supporting the Disney machine, but people being able to return to the World/Land is a positive sign for the US economy & for jobs reopening after the covid19 fiasco.

2
HiddenDekuScrub 2 points ago +2 / -0

Even if you went a week, there's ways to do it on a budget.

Before I had the kid, once went with my husband and my brother. For the 3 of us, hotel and meal plan, for 5 days it was about $3k. And we didn't take a plane, we road tripped, so that extended the vacation to over a week. This was at a hotel that had direct monorail service into some parks.

The $10k expenses are if you get fancier hotel rooms that are aimed at rich European tourists.

Now, I remember renting a cabin would have only been about $1k for three, and if you wanted to camp out it's even cheaper. There's a lot of options to stay on-site.

-1
theRealPizzabandit -1 points ago +1 / -2

Spending a week at disney absolutely would cost my family 10k$. Considering I live a day's drive from orlando, I find it impractical to spend less than a week on vacation there. We did find alternatives to giving disney our money and had a blast.

Too bad it’s being bought out by chyna and sold by leftists... those bastards want to corrupt everything considered American.
