Not to be too much of an asshole, I am glad you can afford to go and have fun at didney worl, BUT (god damnit we love butts) this is the reason that abc/disney can keep their shit running even with low ratings just to promote their woke agenda.

Don't get me wrong, I have kids (more than most) and they would give my left nut to visit didney worl, I unfortunately can't afford the nearly 10k$ bill it would cost me for a week vacation at didney. Believe me I have already priced the hotel stay as well as park fees, that why our last vacation to FL a few years ago we skipped didney and went to legoland and a few other smaller parks. So I'm glad you can enjoy yourself, just sad that didney is getting more cash to spread their crap.

Are you passive aggressively attacking someone for doing something you can't afford, by inserting a woke attack? Kinda facked up.

"I'd love to do what you're doing, but I can't afford it. Therefore, you are the asshole."

I wasn't attacking anyone. Just stating my thoughts on the matter. As I said if I could afford it, then I might be right there alongside them with my family. This doesn't negate the fact that spending cash in disney world supports everything disney does.

Nah cuz, I get you. It’s expensive and there are good alternatives. Most important thing is spending time with your family and loving your wife. You can do that anywhere

Going to Disney World/Land does not have to cost $10,000, and no one said that you have to go there for a full week. Yes there are way smarter alternatives for your family to spend time together instead of supporting the Disney machine, but people being able to return to the World/Land is a positive sign for the US economy & for jobs reopening after the covid19 fiasco.

Even if you went a week, there's ways to do it on a budget.

Before I had the kid, once went with my husband and my brother. For the 3 of us, hotel and meal plan, for 5 days it was about $3k. And we didn't take a plane, we road tripped, so that extended the vacation to over a week. This was at a hotel that had direct monorail service into some parks.

The $10k expenses are if you get fancier hotel rooms that are aimed at rich European tourists.

Now, I remember renting a cabin would have only been about $1k for three, and if you wanted to camp out it's even cheaper. There's a lot of options to stay on-site.

Spending a week at disney absolutely would cost my family 10k$. Considering I live a day's drive from orlando, I find it impractical to spend less than a week on vacation there. We did find alternatives to giving disney our money and had a blast.

VRBO + get your tickets from Underground Tourist. Another option is to stay at Universal or better yet, go to Universal. Its more fun and cheaper.
