Yeah but you're forgetting that voter turnout is not 100%, also I'm referring to people who aren't able to vote. A lot of people don't vote for reasons that are coming to light. Also historical performance does not guarantee future performance. 70% may be a more realistic number, though high 80s are possible. Notice they'll never consider a fixed election redo, because if we had a 100% secure election it would shatter the deepstate narratives.
