But eventually a Lefty gets to be the one hiring. And they don’t care about rules, fairness, or merit. Leftists care about Power, and are solely focused on taking it from those they think have too much power and giving it to the ones they think deserve it. So when they hire they make sure to hire like-minded Leftists.
And thus eventually the business becomes corrupted by meritless leftists whose only goal is to promote their Leftists ideology.
Then the business withers away, bloated with meritless leftists. The innovators jump ship, the business dies, a new business is born.
