Based on the evidence of a clear and personal connection between Smartmatic and Open Society Foundation via Patrick Gaspard and George Soros, this committee concludes that there is no evidence of any clear and/or personal connection between Smartmatic and Open Society Foundation and that all claims of this connection are baseless and a threat to our democracy.
