Wait. I understand the anger, but voting is irrelevant for nearly two years. We have to have the Us as a sovereign Nation first. Cross the Rubicon!

There's a timeline. 12/14, 1/6. Rubicon Don! Or we cross without him. This is freedom's last stand.

3% has historically been enough for any of the big changes that have taken place.

1

The timeline is important. 12/14, 1/6, then Rubicon Don! If for some reason he doesn't, we cross it without him. This is freedom's last stand.

Not now, no. 12/14 is important, with slight chance of Courts doing anything after that and by 1/6.

Soapbox = check Ballot box = check Jury box = TBD Ammo box = Pending

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Jury box has until 12/14, most likely done before that and at the State level. Unlikely but slightly possible after that by 1/6.

They just wanted to have a cushy gig and a sense of power over people.

Then they are asked to actually do their job, and realize the massive consequences of doing the right thing.

Even if they accept it the dems will appeal it to scotus anyways, so this saves them the burning cross in their yard.

DeplorableWeWin 43 points ago +43 / -0

can this be taken to federal court yes?

81
Trademark [S] 81 points ago +81 / -0

The problem is that the WI Supreme court kicked the case down to the local court saying that it had to be originated there. So they will need to go to the lower court first and then back up to the WI supreme court and then potentially to SCOTUS if there is time.

These courts are just playing hot potato because none of them want to make the right decision and kick out the illegal votes that broke state statutes. Its a joke.

28
Forgototherpassword 28 points ago +28 / -0

Remember that time that Just Us Roberts changed Obama care because he didn't want to be the deciding vote against the 1st black president's signature legislation? Or because he's compromised. Whatevs.

14
PeteButtplug 14 points ago +14 / -0

Why the fuck does a president need signature legislation. Stay in congress if that's what you want to do.

7
knightofday 7 points ago +7 / -0

Has nothing to do with a Signature Legislation, has everything to do with continuing the globalists 100 year plan to DESTROY America. Every step the Left takes is to inch us further towards collapse and economic ruin, eventually slavery.

2

Joe Cannon, the most powerful single Congressman in U.S. history, was more noted for preventing legislation from making it to a vote.

2
CuomoisaMassMurderer 2 points ago +2 / -0

He had a cannon on his porch?

4
SoldierofKek 4 points ago +4 / -0

I knew as soon as they skipped the lower courts that they would do this shit. It's all game playing bullshit!

4
TrumpsBestFriend 4 points ago +4 / -0

That's fine. Safe harbor deadline is irrelevant if there's an election in dispute at any level of the courts.

The safe harbor date is just to prevent people from arbitrarily deciding later on that they don't like the results. Anyone claiming otherwise is lying to you.

We are at a point where sternly-worded articles, point-blank evidence, and legislation is meaningless and ineffective. Lawlessness runs rampant when there are no meaningful consequences. When do we start playing minecraft?

3
TheWinningNeverStops 3 points ago +3 / -0

Yes. Minecraft is starting to become the obvious solution.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

1/6 there is a meeting of Congress at 1 PM. VP Pence presides. Afaik that is the last chance for Courts or Congress to stop the fraud. u/TrumpsBestFriend a little upthread has mentioned "safe harbor deadline;" I have no idea what this is or how it might effect anything. This is exactly what I've been pushing to flush out. Let's see what we can find out about that ...

Bush v. Gore was appealed from the Florida supreme court. If they go that route they need something like "equal protection". As in Wisconsin law was applied unequally. I gurantee that conservative counties didn't allow massive mail in ballots. It seems dane county and Milwaukee county both chose to waive the laws requiring an excuse to vote. That disenfranchises everyone who followed the law. Still i knew this fuckery would be afoot as soon as they said we're skipping the trial court and the court of appeals. GREAT! And now you just gave them cover to fuck you.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Massive mail in ballots EVERYWHERE! I'm not in those cities and I got two ballots mailed to me that I didn't request.

DJT asked to go to WISC to throw out the popular vote rather than try to straighten out the fraud. Maybe this is why. Every County has so much fraud there's no way to tell what the vote actually was?

You're saying he needed to start in trial Court first anyway?

1
SoldierofKek 1 point ago +1 / -0

I'm saying he should have started in the trial court where the state capitol is. I know we'd get no remedy, but that's procedure and it would exclude the opportunity to throw us out on a technicality, like they just did.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

That's not correct. At all. WISC can hear new cases, there's strong precedent for this in exactly this situation.

My Supreme Court failed.

2
SoldierofKek 2 points ago +2 / -0

That sucks. How do you remove the justices who ignored the law? Well if they can hear new cases...then I guess on to SCOTUS? Remember bush v. Gore was a Florida State case not a Florida federal case. They made an equal protection claim because certain counties were counting hanging Chads for gore. I could see this as classic bush v. Gore. I'm assuming you live in a county that followed the law. Thanks to your supreme court, residents of milwaukee and dane county get to ignore all thank complex proving you need an absentee ballot and just send one in..bully for them except that's now a violation of the US Constitution.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

I think every WI County violated the law in the same exact way, just mailing out ballots repeatedly to every mailing address. I got two, and requested none. I threw mine out. Voted in person on election day, took about 5 minutes no problem.

USPS threw out a lot of R ballots. That's how we lost a seat in WISC in April.

This has nothing to do with all the other known forms of fraud, of which electronic tabulation may be the biggest but certainly the recounts were illegal.

3
deleted 3 points ago +5 / -2
8
jpower 8 points ago +8 / -0

Nope, but I think Trump needs to use the Insurrection Act, and get military in there.

I seriously see this as becoming increasingly necessary.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Military is irrelevant. insurrection act automatically calls up the unorganized militia. Just Trump supporting gun owners outnumber our military something like 100:1. Military could stay on the sidelines, and probably would be best if they did. 1/6 is the absolute last chance for any other remedy before Don crosses that Rubicon, which is perfectly legal. He and his family will be persecuted and prosecuted til there's nothing left if he doesn't. If for some reason he doesn't, we need to anyway. This is freedom's last stand.

-7
SoldierofKek -7 points ago +1 / -8

That's never been on the table

3
MajorMooncricket 3 points ago +3 / -0

no, but something close may be depending on the results of the DNI investigation, mandated in Trumps 2018 declaration of emergency concerning foreign interference. Which, being foreign, starts to open up all sorts of legal possiblities involving the us military, and more important, the NSA/DIA apparatus.

Unless of course there isn't any electronic or financial evidence tying foreign nations or persons outside the us in election fuckery. im sure its squeaky clean. if you never trusted the DOJ to do its job from day one, how do you harness the power the military, legally?

1
SoldierofKek 1 point ago +3 / -2

I don't buy any of that. This was a ballot stuffing operation, plain and simple. Anything like trust the plan, venezuela servers in Germany etc, it's all a larp and a waste of time.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Legislature hearings never had anything to do with fixing the fraud from 2020. It was only about shaping future policy. If we can't stop the steal that's simply not an issue.

10
CindyT 10 points ago +10 / -0

The liberals systematically installed, cajoled or bought many appellate and other judges officials, and legislators all along the President's path to victory, through battleground states chosen with sinister precision. Then they placed millions of fraudulent ballots to wade through. A clever trap indeed. They wish they could have blinded us from the BIRD'S EYE VIEWS we would have to see their grand design to this puzzle. Bless all our patriotic, selfless masterminds who are deconstructing this for us while we watch and pray. STAND IN THE GAP.

1
billbuckner 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sad,really sad that it appears the party machinary is nothing but uniparty from local to state to national. I don't trust any of the courts either. The only solution looks like the nuclear one-insurrection act. If the military is with the uniparty. We are fubar.

1
CuomoisaMassMurderer 1 point ago +1 / -0

Not fubar. The unorganized militia outnumbers our military something like 100:1. That's just Trump supporting gun owners. Military could stay out of it entirely and remain on the sidelines. Might be best if they did. Generals stab DJT in the back, but the military is run by NCOs. All our fighting forces love Trump. Insurrection act is legal for Trump to cross this Rubicon, and unorganized militia is automatically called up. With CiC, this is deterrence which is always the best use of force. If we have to do it without him it's still WAY better than any other option. Do you know what they have planned?
