Bush v. Gore was appealed from the Florida supreme court. If they go that route they need something like "equal protection". As in Wisconsin law was applied unequally. I gurantee that conservative counties didn't allow massive mail in ballots. It seems dane county and Milwaukee county both chose to waive the laws requiring an excuse to vote. That disenfranchises everyone who followed the law. Still i knew this fuckery would be afoot as soon as they said we're skipping the trial court and the court of appeals. GREAT! And now you just gave them cover to fuck you.

Massive mail in ballots EVERYWHERE! I'm not in those cities and I got two ballots mailed to me that I didn't request.

DJT asked to go to WISC to throw out the popular vote rather than try to straighten out the fraud. Maybe this is why. Every County has so much fraud there's no way to tell what the vote actually was?

You're saying he needed to start in trial Court first anyway?

I'm saying he should have started in the trial court where the state capitol is. I know we'd get no remedy, but that's procedure and it would exclude the opportunity to throw us out on a technicality, like they just did.

So what's the plan in Wisconsin then? I don't see any WI legislature hearings lined up

Nope, but I think Trump needs to use the Insurrection Act, and get military in there.

I seriously see this as becoming increasingly necessary.

Legislature hearings never had anything to do with fixing the fraud from 2020. It was only about shaping future policy. If we can't stop the steal that's simply not an issue.
