Military is irrelevant. insurrection act automatically calls up the unorganized militia. Just Trump supporting gun owners outnumber our military something like 100:1. Military could stay on the sidelines, and probably would be best if they did. 1/6 is the absolute last chance for any other remedy before Don crosses that Rubicon, which is perfectly legal. He and his family will be persecuted and prosecuted til there's nothing left if he doesn't. If for some reason he doesn't, we need to anyway. This is freedom's last stand.
no, but something close may be depending on the results of the DNI investigation, mandated in Trumps 2018 declaration of emergency concerning foreign interference. Which, being foreign, starts to open up all sorts of legal possiblities involving the us military, and more important, the NSA/DIA apparatus.
Unless of course there isn't any electronic or financial evidence tying foreign nations or persons outside the us in election fuckery. im sure its squeaky clean. if you never trusted the DOJ to do its job from day one, how do you harness the power the military, legally?
Legislature hearings never had anything to do with fixing the fraud from 2020. It was only about shaping future policy. If we can't stop the steal that's simply not an issue.
So what's the plan in Wisconsin then? I don't see any WI legislature hearings lined up
Nope, but I think Trump needs to use the Insurrection Act, and get military in there.
I seriously see this as becoming increasingly necessary.

That's never been on the table
