The cheating algorithm seems plausible..but note that theory works without venezuela, server in Germany etc. That's much harder to prove than the ballot stuffing. I would suggest focusing on getting enough states to deny Biden the 270 forcing a house vote by state delegation, then we go on a 50 state audit.
