I'm saying he should have started in the trial court where the state capitol is. I know we'd get no remedy, but that's procedure and it would exclude the opportunity to throw us out on a technicality, like they just did.

That's not correct. At all. WISC can hear new cases, there's strong precedent for this in exactly this situation.

My Supreme Court failed.

That sucks. How do you remove the justices who ignored the law? Well if they can hear new cases...then I guess on to SCOTUS? Remember bush v. Gore was a Florida State case not a Florida federal case. They made an equal protection claim because certain counties were counting hanging Chads for gore. I could see this as classic bush v. Gore. I'm assuming you live in a county that followed the law. Thanks to your supreme court, residents of milwaukee and dane county get to ignore all thank complex proving you need an absentee ballot and just send one in..bully for them except that's now a violation of the US Constitution.

I think every WI County violated the law in the same exact way, just mailing out ballots repeatedly to every mailing address. I got two, and requested none. I threw mine out. Voted in person on election day, took about 5 minutes no problem.

USPS threw out a lot of R ballots. That's how we lost a seat in WISC in April.

This has nothing to do with all the other known forms of fraud, of which electronic tabulation may be the biggest but certainly the recounts were illegal.

That's so fucked up! Let me guess. They said they were mass mailing the ballots because of coronachan. So fuck Wisconsin law, we have a plandemic to explain. Well shit that's also unconstitutional if the state legislature didn't actually change the law..then Gov ever fag violated the US Constitution.
