That sucks. How do you remove the justices who ignored the law? Well if they can hear new cases...then I guess on to SCOTUS? Remember bush v. Gore was a Florida State case not a Florida federal case. They made an equal protection claim because certain counties were counting hanging Chads for gore. I could see this as classic bush v. Gore. I'm assuming you live in a county that followed the law. Thanks to your supreme court, residents of milwaukee and dane county get to ignore all thank complex proving you need an absentee ballot and just send one in..bully for them except that's now a violation of the US Constitution.
I think every WI County violated the law in the same exact way, just mailing out ballots repeatedly to every mailing address. I got two, and requested none. I threw mine out. Voted in person on election day, took about 5 minutes no problem.
USPS threw out a lot of R ballots. That's how we lost a seat in WISC in April.
This has nothing to do with all the other known forms of fraud, of which electronic tabulation may be the biggest but certainly the recounts were illegal.
That's so fucked up! Let me guess. They said they were mass mailing the ballots because of coronachan. So fuck Wisconsin law, we have a plandemic to explain. Well shit that's also unconstitutional if the state legislature didn't actually change the law..then Gov ever fag violated the US Constitution.
Yup. And every County Treasurer went along with it.
Here's the thing: this happened in how many States? Way more than just the ones we're concentrating on, that's for sure. I think we'll be clogging the streets of DC 1/7 on. I'm bringing my full sized cargo van
Yep. It probably even happened in blue states. I don't believe for a second that California was in danger of flipping red. However does anyone really think that if only legal ballots are counted that Trump would lose by even double digits? This has consequences for house seats too. Or IL. IL has been known to elect a republican governor or senator every now and then. Really? Trump lost by 30% i call bullshit. Illinois is especially insidious. Did you know that like commiefornia and new york you could elect to receive your ballot by Email? So I called the county clerk's office and played dumb. I said well what kind of paper do I need for this? I only have letter paper. Right. So here's what happens, you print that out without a privacy envelope and an election judge from both parties remakes the ballot on official paper. I said really? I said well pardon me, but this sounds like a gross violation of my right to a secret ballot. I said i will be voting in person and informing others of what happens if they mail in their vote. Getting an official ballot in the mail is no better. The so called privacy envelopes had party affiliation on them. This is appropriate for primaries because Illinois is a semi-closed primary State (meaning you can change your party on election day but you must declare party) but in appropriate for a general election. I tried to earn people, but i feel like John mcclain waiving a torch in the fog trying to prevent a plane crash.
