Athletes Unleashed Gym owner Robby Dinero (who spent 14 years in the Marine Corps to face CRAP at home) got a $15K fine (which he ripped up) for standing up to the gestapo. Instead of opening his gym, he filed suit against Cuomo. On a local talk show today, he said win or not, he'll be reopening.
