The only problem I have with this is the sentence that says of the Republican House members that, "THEY HAVE TO VOTE ALONG PARTY LINES" That is not in the Electors clause or the 12th amendment. I REALLY want this to be true, and if it is please explain what I am missing. Because my biggest concern is that a bunch of spineless Repubs will just roll over muttering "will of the people" or have been bought off or blackmailed. Plus, any proceeding that has Nasty P's claws in it scares the crap out of me.
