The states are autonomous in that regard. I don't really see any reason a state like california couldn't just go full on communist dictatorship while still following the constitution. I think we have to start grassroots campaigns in each of our states to massively reform election integrity and the voting process. Even if we live in the reddest state to ever have entered the union. I think once this Trump battle is won, we have to put as much if not even more energy into this.

Good luck trying to get a flight back in to PA, or to any other state and interacting with federal agencies using an ID then. PA can cuck out and try to get around the requirement just like CA is going, but that doesn't change that they're going to have a bunch of pissed off citizens when people start trying to do things.
Had to renew my DL here in Ohio and had the same choice. I picked standard. No need for REAL ID. No to any new restrictions on any of my Freedoms. And that includes vaccines and or vaccination cards.

Live tallies shown on multiple large unobscured white boards that are then broadcast via live streaming cameras.
The process is then repeated by an entirely different set of people and compared.
