It's not Mississippi. You're right that they claim it's Mississippi, but the ballots are clearly for "MI". That's not Mississippi. It's Michigan. Mississippi is 'MS'. The people reporting it are just too dumb to know their state abbreviations.
Well I thought that might be the case after I posted my comment but I also thought "who knows?" I wouldn't put it past them to do something stupid like that if it is in their favor. They've already shown they have no shame.
