Imagine if US Marshals were as incompetent as most of you when they were on a manhunt. They would miss all the time, and nail the wrong people regularly. And yet they have an excellent track record of recovering the fugitives they seek. Almost like they have extensive Course Work and testing, along with years of required Field Experience in noting the differences between subtle aspects of human appearance. Food for thought.
