Small and simple things make big things happen. It isn't the thousands pay millions in taxes but instead the millions who pay thousands in taxes that fund the government.

Rick people are generally rich because they create wealth and jobs for people where they wouldn't have been otherwise.

People who are unfamiliar with "rich people" misunderstand this. "Rich people have lots and lots of liquid cash now. They would LOVE for the real estate market to crash, they would love to see a big dip in the stock market. They could buy, buy, buy up the misery of the average person whose biggest asset is their house or 401K. "Rich people" can scoop those assets up and be 10x richer in a few years.

The truth of the matter is both "rich people" and upper middle class people, the management, professionals, etc., are not really adversely affected financially. They stay home, work from home drawing the same wages and benefits. The lower class has either lost their jobs or is busy delivering food and Amazon items to the upper class who neglect to tip them, and drone on and on about their moral superiority. Small businesses also suffer.
