Sure.. he can have a trial.. I doubt he would be found guilty, though.. Firing squads aren't needed for all the media - just enough to make an example out of the truly anti-American ones. Those that are guilty of brainwashing Americans by information suppression and twisting tactics.. those that are recorded conspiring every day for an hour how to take out the POTUS.

So they’ll just say: “Yes, we acknowledge there was massive voter fraud and Trump is the rightful winner, but the case wasn’t ruled on until Dec 9 so we can’t do anything. Sorry...”
If they rule aspects of the election were unconstitutional, I dont see how the electors can still be certified.
I dont think they will come out and say, "throw out 234,454 votes from Pennsylvania." But if they rule the mail in ballots process was unconstitutional, or throwing out GOP observers, then the election would almost have to go to the legislature.
They just got machines to audit in Michigan. AZ is asking for an audit of the Machines. Several counties in GA have machines that are being examined. It think the Dominion issue is far from winding down.
Fake news, they just called for forensic inspections on the machines in a couple states and supposedly have one they acquired in Georgia i believe. Dominion is still a very big part of it, Trump mentioned it tonight.
They are SURE to find cheating here in Commiefornia. Been doing it for years. Everyone else just adopted CA tactics for 2020. That’s a big chunk of electors to wipe out too... while the states election is being contested, electors can’t be seated...
