So if they find massive election fraud taking place and the election was stolen, SCOTUS can’t do anything if it’s after this Dec 8 “deadline”?
So they’ll just say: “Yes, we acknowledge there was massive voter fraud and Trump is the rightful winner, but the case wasn’t ruled on until Dec 9 so we can’t do anything. Sorry...”
If they rule aspects of the election were unconstitutional, I dont see how the electors can still be certified.
I dont think they will come out and say, "throw out 234,454 votes from Pennsylvania." But if they rule the mail in ballots process was unconstitutional, or throwing out GOP observers, then the election would almost have to go to the legislature.
Call your senators on Monday and tell them NOT TO CERITIFY the fraudulent states electors. I doubt they'll listen but I plan on leaving another message for Hawley at least if there's any MAGA at all left in him.
They just got machines to audit in Michigan. AZ is asking for an audit of the Machines. Several counties in GA have machines that are being examined. It think the Dominion issue is far from winding down.
Fake news, they just called for forensic inspections on the machines in a couple states and supposedly have one they acquired in Georgia i believe. Dominion is still a very big part of it, Trump mentioned it tonight.

Based mathematician reverse engineered the exact algorithm used by dominion to win GA. Documented here last night.

thats just smoke screen. Video evidence is being played down, so for that dominion thing theyll say apart from some minor glitches it was fine.
