This is exactly what I’ve been saying to people that keep on with “Dec 8 is the deadline. If they didn’t do it by then we are screwed.” So if they find massive election fraud taking place and the election was stolen, SCOTUS can’t do anything if it’s after this Dec 8 “deadline”? So they’ll just say: “Yes, we acknowledge there was massive voter fraud and Trump is the rightful winner, but the case wasn’t ruled on until Dec 9 so we can’t do anything. Sorry...”
