I hope this all happens as you say. But why all the lower courts, even Trump judges have been throwing these cases out left and right? Many times saying the arguments are flimsy etc. The SCOTUS is the only court that can see the validity? I have a bad feeling about the letdown we are in for at the highest court. They don’t want to change the outcome of a national election. They might send it back to the legislatures which in turn will vote as their results came in as. Result- Trump still loses.
