It was 4-5, no? At least on the important one?

There are only 7 Justices on the Wisconsin SC. It has a 4-3 "Conservative" lead in it technically but Trump's lawsuit was rejected 4-3, so one of the conservative Justices went with the liberals.

That's not a rejection—they said to go through the lower courts first. The fact that it was split on that action is a positive signal for us.

How is it split? 4-3 is NOT a split! They said to go through the lower courts, which is going to take time that Trump doesn't have. I know that you and others here are trying to spin this in a positive way, but the fact that a conservative leaning court threw this case back to the lower court is NOT a good sign. I'm all ears if you would like to take a moment to help me understand how this is a positive signal because I would very much LOVE to view it the same way.

I fail to see how you take it as a bad signal. It probably should have gone through the lower courts anyway, and them being split (which 4-3 is, not sure how you interpret it as anything else) indicates that at least half of them want to rule in our favor when they hear it. We just need to convince the other conservative to rule for us when we get back up to the higher court.
