He doesn’t want to come across as cocky, and he wants to make it clear that he trusts the Supreme Court to rule correctly. So he’ll add the word “hopefully” so the media can’t run and screech that he’s forcing them to overturn the election.
I think he knows he isn't leaving the White House. But he has several contingency plans depending on what the courts/legislatures do. If nobody brave shows up like he said he wants, then he will do the Insurrection Act/military tribunals/major drama. But he can't advertise that as his plan, so he has to appear to advertise that he will peacefully walk away.
There are no certainties. This could go either way still, but I think Biden will probably end of taking office. The way judges have been tossing cases, I just cannot see anything good happening right now. Maybe SCOTUS will give the cases the respect they deserve, but I just don't know if they will.

None of us wants that to happen and I keep going to both extremes. The 2nd GA senate session was the first time I saw end-to-end overwhelming evidence that “told the story” in a way the legislature couldn’t ignore.

It frustrates me a lot when we have sworn testimonies and these legislators and judges do not care. There is a catch 22, you cannot have cameras to record, and noone is willing to listen to an eye witness. How the fuck do you come up with proof?
I am waiting to hear more from Sidney's cases, but right now it is crickets. Hard to get hyped about it. It seems too good to be true.
The witnesses presenting came across well in Michigan. What’s been missing is a cohesive story arc describing the plan. Obviously this should be an investigative agencies responsibility but without it you don’t have the same effect.
Something about the GA lineup helped line things up where you could imagine a few tiny lines that could connect all the dots.
