The fact that non of them ever end up severely beaten mean they won't stop. They have no reason to stop. Its a larp that has no consequences.

As soon as they start getting beaten to a pulp, pipped in the knee, or bike locked in the head, they'll realize that their shit will no longer be tolerated. The majority are cowards and they know that they face no real risk. That needs to change.
