Druid Hills is in DeKalb County where she lives. If you aren't familiar with the area, then you don't know that it would take her a MINIMUM of 30 minutes to get to downtown Atlanta and longer to find parking. If true, this needs to be investigated further. Considering the small but significant differences between Parent and her 'look-alike' who was videoed counting ballots, I wouldn't spend a lot of time on this.
