If you aren't familiar with the area, then you don't know that it would take her a MINIMUM of 30 minutes to get to downtown Atlanta and longer to find parking. Doesn't mean she wasn't there counting, just means that the Twatter location means nothing at the particular time she tweeted 'cuz she was obviously at home at those 2 times.
Yeah but the point is it's well within possibility that the footage that looks like her is, when she doesn't have an allibi proving she was nowhere near there.
Plenty of murder cases simply try and establish that the defendant would have had the ability to get to and from the scene in time.

Also the county that is missing a chain of custody for absentee ballots
