States and cities can pass their own coronavirus relief funds. In fact, Houston just did. Why does congress need to give coronavirus relief? Because if Democrats do it locally, they're on the hook for the cost. If they do it federally, they can effectively make conservative states pay for it, states that never had huge outbreaks because they weren't cesspool's with sanctuary city policies. They basically want to make everyone pay for the costs and consequences of their bad policy making, yet again.

Don't let them off the hook. Make local cities and states answer as to why they won't provide relief funds. Then you'll see the truth: They don't want to spend their money, they want to spend someone else's money.
