The chart they had with the spikes on it... Was it the vote scans time stamps... Or the reporting from a precinct time stamp?.
The weird part on either answer is that it shows a trickle coming in constantly, and then spikes.
If it's the reporting: it seems to me there's no way it could be a constant trickle of reporting coming in. There's only a certain number of precincts. So you would just have that many precincts spikes on the sheet.
If it really was the scanning time codes... It seems there would be some points where none would be scanned at all, creating lots of little spikes all along the way, and not a steady curve.
