It seems the recount would have been all over the place assuming the algorithm was still being baked in the counting machines?

There are two methods of fraud and we dont have enough information. The first and easiest is injecting false absentee ballots. Recounts will match final number.
Dominion machines have the capability to print out the voters selection but it puts the fraudulent selection in the qr code. This makes recounts with machines match the final results. Pure hand counts will differ.
The machines need access to this algorithm to know when to swap. Is that done automatically? Does someone run the algorithm and then tell an operator to swap votes? I dont have a clear idea either.
One thing is clear from the GA recount though at least in certain areas... they could have literally just grabbed any cardboard box to count until they hit the number they needed. They know the target for the recount in advance and had weeks to prepare. I don't know how they could fake it for a widespread recount though. The boxes the receipt ballots go into are in thr dark and have tainted chain of custody according to witness testimony in GA, so it would be easy to replace those with receipts that match the fake machine count. Also I don't even known if paper receipts exists for other machines or if that's something unique to GA. If all they have for a recount are the ballot images, or they use the machines for recounting, it should be easy to rigg that as well.
But the genius of it is they only have to focus on the blue city counties. Trump could have won by 30-40-50% everywhere else and it wouldn't have mattered
