Ducey is a complete squish who does have a talent for finding cracks to hide in. He's gone in 2022 anyway but meanwhile we can't recall him because we'd get Hobbs. The dream would be to send Hobbs and Fontes to jail, then Ducey wouldn't have that insurance.
