Yeah only laws people break are drving while high. But studies show that people who smoke everyday drive just as fine when they smoke and sober, and people who smoke occasionally usually dont drive because its really fucking hard to do that when you're high.
You dont go out fighting when you're high. You sit at home and watch tv and eat snacks. Or you're outside chilling in nice weather.
