Every county had it’s own address so the batches should be consistent at least at the county level but they were not. The only thing that might change that is if they separated them by precinct before counting and then happened to report the biggest most Biden precincts all at once. Honestly, I don’t think even that would produce numbers this biased.

Finally joined up, have been digging into some of the math stuff and wanted to contribute where I could. I'm a long time WI resident and I have an immediate family member (and attorney) who has been a Republican observer for many years in Milwaukee County. He is usually at "Central Count" which is where this occurred (this lady runs Central Count). This year he was out in the precincts, but this lady has always (well, at least for the entire time my family member has been doing this) reported all absentee ballots in one large dump. Normally this is a lot less than the 170k this year, so it doesn't look too different from any other precinct dump through their tabulators. Also note that you can see which precincts counted absentee themselves and which relied on Central Count this year on the Milwaukee County elections website.
Don't get me wrong, I 100% guarantee that there are tens of thousands of harvested (and otherwise illegally cast) ballots in that count, but I don't doubt that there are physical ballots that coincide with this dump of around 140k for Biden and 30k for Trump. In fact, the poll books and absentee ballot returns were reconciled in the recount (in WI a recount includes a full audit). However, the recount found something like 220k ballots that cannot be counted under WI law. This is all detailed in the court case that the cowards on our Supreme Court just threw out and said had to be re-filed in a lower court, and Trump (himself, in his capacity as Candidate for the President of the United States) also has basically the same case in front of the Eastern District of WI Federal Circuit right now.
I hope this helps understanding that YES that number is bullshit, but NO, it does not appear (based on the recount and audit) that there were votes on that flashdrive that do not coincide with physical (albeit many fraudulent) ballots.

What needs to happen is all of those votes need to be tossed out. There is no more chain of custody. We can no longer verify the integrity of those votes. Why the fuck do we even have a chain of custody and practices in place if we don't have to adhere or follow them? I don't care if there's a 'mistake' or 'clerical error'. The law doesn't say they are valid if you lose it for awhile. It says once the chain is broken, the votes are invalid. Fucking period. I don't understand what is so hard about this for Judges.
If the people that had their votes chucked out are pissed off about it, they should get their pound of flesh from the person that fucked up or the people that hired someone incompetent and not trustworthy to perform the function. You live and you learn. I promise, once they're held to the standard that's written, this shit will stop real quick.

This is why "Chain of Custody" is important. Person1 hands it off to Person2 and Person 2 has to sign they received it. Person 2 hands it off to Person 3, who signs they received it.
When the chain is broken then they can no longer verify the item (thumb drive in this case) hasn't been altered by some unknown person. You will be hearing more about their failure to maintain the Chain of Custody as the lawsuits move forward through the courts. It is one facet of their multi-facetted complaint.

Maybe already stated, but chain of custody was broken for this USB, if it was "lost". I wouldn't doubt, like other States, WI has a chain of custody law for ballots. If not, then this state and others like it are more than ripe for fraud.

The Rockefeller's have been pushing "women's rights/feminism" for about 100 years now and creating foundations all over the place, its not even a secret. Finally joined up, have been digging into some of the math stuff and wanted to contribute where I could. I'm a long time WI resident and I have an immediate family member (and attorney) who has been a Republican observer for many years in Milwaukee County. He is usually at "Central Count" which is where this occurred (this lady runs Central Count). This year he was out in the precincts, but this lady has always (well, at least for the entire time my family member has been doing this) reported all absentee ballots in one large dump. Normally this is a lot less than the 170k this year, so it doesn't look too different from any other precinct dump through their tabulators. Also note that you can see which precincts counted absentee themselves and which relied on Central Count this year on the Milwaukee County elections website.
Don't get me wrong, I 100% guarantee that there are tens of thousands of harvested (and otherwise illegally cast) ballots in that count, but I don't doubt that there are physical ballots that coincide with this dump of around 140k for Biden and 30k for Trump. In fact, the poll books and absentee ballot returns were reconciled in the recount (in WI a recount includes a full audit). However, the recount found something like 220k ballots that cannot be counted under WI law. This is all detailed in the court case that the cowards on our Supreme Court just threw out and said had to be re-filed in a lower court, and Trump (himself, in his capacity as Candidate for the President of the United States) also has basically the same case in front of the Eastern District of WI Federal Circuit right now.
I hope this helps understanding that YES that number is bullshit, but NO, it does not appear (based on the recount and audit) that there were votes on that flashdrive that do not coincide with physical (albeit many fraudulent) ballots.
