Devils advocate. Didn't Melissa testify that if there is a jam or error you discard the batch and rescan? How do we know ruby isn't doing that here?

Looking at the stack, it never goes all the way through the tabulator before she stops to reset, the question is if she's discarding the duplicate votes she's creating which I'm highly doubting

Look at the girl in Yellow to the right of Ruby.

She does the exact same thing.

The scanner has a bottom feeding tray and comes out the top.

You’re supposed to locate the ballot that caused the error and rescan that specific ballot. Every time a errors shows up she’s running all the good ballots in again along with the one that caused the error to begin with.

No. Melissa said you discard. Place the problematic ballot on top. And rescan

Rescanning without disgarding. No way to tell whats happening here though
