So you’re saying “discard” is a button on the machine? I thought she meant you put the good ballots off to the side

My understanding from here testimony was that yes on the machine or connected computer (no idea never seen one of these things irl) should be a discard button

I think they took ballots they knew would be challenged through out the day and put them in those special boxes and soon as everyone left they forced them through multiple times..... I'll bet that's what happened!!
