"We reached out to Pfizer for comment but didn’t receive a response in time for publication, although there was no mention of risk of sterility in Pfizer’s publicly available study. In a Nov. 20, 2020, press release Pfizer said no significant safety concerns have been observed during vaccine studies. "

Maybe a pharma pede can chime in, but aren't significant safety concerns during FDA trials considered side effects that are life threatening? Infertility isn't an immediate risk of death or safety and could be why it was omitted. These type of submissions are very much lawyered over and by the book legalese.

Yeah a significant safety concern sounds like allergic reactions or something that would be life-threatening right away. We've only been dealing with this since March, hard to imagine they would run a bunch of placenta test runs between then and now. This is probably a time when women are trying not to get pregnant even more than usual.
