The semantics game that is legally allowed to be played is a fucking shame... they say it’s β€œfalse” because it doesn’t 100% cause infertility ... their point is that the doctors say that it may β€œpossibly” lead to infertility ... and since certainly and possibly are not the same .. they are right ... but another way you could read this is β€œdoctors say infertility possible side effect of covid vaccine”

The claim they are "debunking" is that the "head of Pfizer research" made this claim. True, this researcher is no longer at Pfizer and may never have been head of that department.

They do not dispute, however, that the vaccine causes reproductive damage. This is clear after examining deeper past the deceptive headline.
