I literally don’t know another way to interpret his statement. Are we to believe that mandating a vaccine to these same countries/demographics would cause them to reproduce less? They all of the sudden would just start having 2.5 children instead of 8? No, I think not. They would do like the Latin American and Amish population does and just have 8 healthy children who reach adulthood instead of 2 of said 8 prior to vaccinations. But that won’t happen. These vaccines are a tool to prevent children without the consent of the vaccinated.
Additionally, “reproducing less” is a misnomer. Acceptance of the vaccine results in NO offspring, not LESS offspring. We’re talking a genocide of sorts. This is their design. Say what you want of the merit of their goal, but make no mistake, that IS their goal.
