More likely the landlord next door was driven to arson by De Blasio and Cuomo's draconian shutdowns coupled with sky-high property taxes.
Half the storefronts and 1/3 the apartments in Manhattan are empty now - many more "5 alarm fires" in the near future because landlords can't survive.
Guiliani got NYC on track. Bloomberg the cuck managed to keep it decently liveable. Under De Blasio, NYC has turned into an absolute shithole (and that was even BEFORE covid and BLM).
