Excuse me for being a bit uneducated in the entire legal process but is there a chance Trump has already brought his case forward to SCOTUS, a case that we aren’t aware of and already won in the Supreme Court but is keeping it hush hush while Rudy, Jenna, Powell continue to expose the corruption of the crooked election machine and the lower courts? At the rally yesterday Trump was so energized it felt like he had already won the court battle. I’ve just always had this feeling that the Trump legal team is putting on a show to expose corruption while also to keep the left focused on them while Trump has something else going on.

No. We will have won when DJT is sworn in for his second term. From the beginning, there were three paths for Trump to win. Expose the fraud and get the SOS's and Gov's to reverse the totals to the correct numbers. Get the state legislators to vote to reverse the election and send their own slate to EC. Contingency election in the House. Scotus cannot force the states to convene and vote. They can give them an either/or scenario, meaning either give the votes some input by ratifying the obvious choice of the legal voters and go for Trump or have their electors stripped. SCOTUS can declare certain blocs of votes invalid and send them back to the Govs and SOS's but again they cannot actually MAKE them do their job. Its the same choice, either decertify and recertify for Trump or lose their EC vote. Right now Team Trump is working on the first two paths. Rudy has said he wants the state legislatures to vote, but so far no one seems willing to pick up the baton. I'm sure that Trump himself would prefer to have the fraud revealed and reversed to show what an enormous landslide victory he actually won. I would, wouldn't you? Where the SCOTUS can really make a difference is by pausing the EC vote to give them time to decide cases and ruling the six contested states votes fraudulent, taking them away from Biden and forcing a House contingency election. Which given the makeup of the House will likely lead to a Trump victory.
SCOTUS cannot receive or consider information or evidence from only one side in any given case. Its not legal, its not fair and not right. Would it be fair for Team Biden to be able to present evidence without Trump being allowed to speak? No, so it isnt fair or right for the opposite to happen.
