You can answer the conception question relatively quickly, fertility doctors do it all the time.

If you're saying the vaccine will prevent a successful conception being brought to term, that's a separate question, and you look for damaged eggs, sperm, or uterine structure.

That seems logical. I know some folks with gluten intolerance, and have some understanding of the kinds of problems which occur when the body recognizes a typically useful protein as foreign. I suspect one needs to exercise extreme caution when modifying the immune system to attack an "unwanted" protein, in order to avoid unexpected long-term issues.
