Tail numbers beginning with N are civilian aircraft registered in the US. Also he is squawking 1200 on the transponder which is for uncontrolled VFR flight. A military flight would ordinarily have its own transponder code and call sign. I think the flag algorithm is busted...

Yesterday in Colorado Springs we had 2 B-2 bombers flying in tandem doing circles.
