This is exactly what Edward Solomon and the layman explanation said was going on that the Dems and Dominion used the absentee/mail in ballots to assist in the switching of votes in all other counties so as to not throw off the vote totals so that recounts would not be affected. That's why the C.O.C. of Absentee/mail in ballots will not be found because there are so many that they had to inject to balance everything.
So, I've got a worry here. Haven't seen anything on this topic.
What if the drop boxes counts can't be revealed as they are being to provide plausible provenance for mail in ballots that just appeared?
I have wondered if the mail sorting equipment retirements that Trump caught flack over were to make sure that the equipment used would support voter mail tracking?

Shouldn't this technology be able to provide raw counts of legally timed and legit mail in ballots?
