I really think this should be a pretty fucking straight forward issue. If you can't find chain of custody, or find the envelopes that ballots came out of and match up their signatures, then all of those votes, regardless of who they are for, should be fucking voided.
This is why I don't live in Georgia anymore. Metro Atlanta local governments are absolute trash. And I don't feel like paying a state income tax to subsidize the existence of the lowest form of life on earth: bureaucrats.
