I would bet the server decks from Frankfort siege either had cheet sheets or if they were dumb enough to have the files in their PCs or phones to fall back on which machines by serial number were programmed at which percentages. For instance the on in Dare CO GA will probably always return 26% until a programmed or manual reset.
i would think that with the broken Algorithm since EdwardKingSolomon did it, he should be allowed to apply it to the servers and break the election. Probably for him it would be easy and set him up for the Presidential Medal of Freedom....He deserves it.

Servers are just big computers and usually simpler...I was a Microsoft MSE in the 90s
