i would think that with the broken Algorithm since EdwardKingSolomon did it, he should be allowed to apply it to the servers and break the election. Probably for him it would be easy and set him up for the Presidential Medal of Freedom....He deserves it.
did you read his whole breakdown, He put it in excel and invented a wheel to run it! It is absolutely brilliant so if the servers have the nodes they could be reprogrammed.

Servers are just big computers and usually simpler...I was a Microsoft MSE in the 90s
