She has, officially, never been, nor is, exonerated from these accusations against her.
This feels like false info poisoning the well. It seems unlikely that shed be commuting the fraud herself when she can get someone who isn’t being watched closely to do it for her.

Also in the video you can hear her probing to see how much the lawyers know about their cheating. So from her questions I think we can reasonably assume that they threw out real votes in order to inject fake votes so that the total number of ballots wouldn't exceed the number of registered voters.
