He uses very specific words to declare the united states election "attacked and under siege" and specifically calls out democrats for colluding with foreign governments and the American media to carry out this attack.. Several options- states flip to Trump (not likely), SCOTUS rules for Trump (viable option), or contested states send alternate electors to vote Trump (possible). If states flip to Trump and Joe ends up with less than 270 electoral votes, it goes to House vote (Trump wins).

Officially, Biden won't be recognized as ANYTHING until the 14th with the Electoral votes are finally cast and even then, those votes can be nulled, blocked or disputed.
This is all according to law.
Trump's legal disputes involve the election process in each state individually because the each state runs the election based on rules imposed by the legislatures. So he's legal suits are at each state and they contest that the state legislatures rules were not followed or willfully defrauded and thus the election for the Electors has been compromised.
He's not suing the "official ruling" about Biden. All the defendants in his casea are State entities for either abuse of power, unequal treatment or unconstitutional acts.
Biden nor the Democratic Party are being sued, state bodies are.
Its Powell and Lindwood that are likely to be suing (and have) individuals and parties since they seek criminal charges but they are not related to Trump's contests nor are they a part of his legal teams. They don't represent him at all. Don't let MSM fuckwits lie about that.

There is no official office for president elect, just a title, and the media doesn't determine the vote count. So the states haven't cast their votes yet, and lawyers can fight over the legality of individual elections up until Jan 20th.
